California Coalition for Families and Children, PBC, works with families, reform groups, attorneys, and investigators nationwide to advance the interests of families facing intrusion and abuse of state powers. We regularly receive reports of specific incidents of abuse by bad actors such as attorneys, guardians, psychologists, social workers, judges, and others.
If you have encountered a bad actor—someone who you believe is violating your rights or causing undue harm or delay–by sharing your experience with us we may be able to take action. The form below allows us to collect and compile information regarding family court bad actors, including attorneys, judges, guardians, social workers, child protection workers, and government/court employees. We analyze this data to uncover evidence, trends, and specific bad actors for potential use in our various litigation and reform efforts.
Please fill out the form with as much information as you can provide. You need not identify yourself–but the more information you provide, the better our ability to understand the issue and possibly assist.
Information from the form will be retained in California Coalition databases of bad actors, agencies, and jurisdictions, and will be used to analyze specific problem persons, agencies, and jurisdictions. If the information you provide is relevant to California Coalition’s ongoing litigation and reform efforts, we may contact you to follow up with additional questions, so please consider voluntarily providing your contact information. California Coalition will not release your identity without your approval.
If you have questions, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you for your participation and support of our reform efforts.
